Reservations & Cancellation Policy

Sgrizzi Ristorante & Bar by Chef Marc

At Sgrizzi Ristorante & Bar by Chef Marc, we prepare and staff according to confirmed reservations to ensure the highest level of service. The following policy applies to all reservations made through OpenTable or directly with the restaurant.

1. Reservation Deposit Policy

A $50 reservation deposit is required to secure a table through OpenTable.

• The $50 deposit is non-refundable.
• If canceled in accordance with the policy below, the $50 will be issued as a reservation credit valid for 30 days from the original reservation date.
• The deposit does not automatically apply to your final bill unless arranged at the time of rebooking.

2. Cancellation Guidelines

• Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to your reservation time to qualify for reservation credit.
• Cancellations made within 4 hours of the reservation will forfeit the deposit.
• No-shows are not eligible for credit.

3. Applying Reservation Credit

• Reservation credits are valid for 30 days from the original reservation date.
• Credits must be applied at the time of rebooking by calling the restaurant directly.
• Credits are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash, gift cards, or third-party services.

4. No-Shows & Late Arrivals

• Tables will be held for 15 minutes past the scheduled reservation time.
• After 15 minutes, the reservation may be released.
• No-shows or late arrivals beyond this window forfeit the reservation deposit.

5. Special Events & Large Parties

For:

• Ticketed events
• Prix-fixe or tasting menus
• Wine dinners
• Parties of 8 or more

Additional deposit requirements or extended cancellation terms may apply. These will be communicated at the time of booking.
