Chef Marc Sgrizzi, the heart and soul behind Sgrizzi, has dedicated over four decades to perfecting the art of Italian cuisine.


A self-taught chef, Marc's culinary journey is marked by a relentless pursuit of excellence, starting from dining in upscale restaurants he could scarcely afford to learn the secrets of sublime food and impeccable service.


His deep passion for Italian culture led him to travel to Italy frequently, where he immersed himself in the history and techniques of traditional Italian cooking.
