Chef Marc Sgrizzi, the heart and soul behind Sgrizzi, has dedicated over four decades to perfecting the art of Italian cuisine. A self-taught chef, Marc's culinary journey is marked by a relentless pursuit of excellence, starting from dining in upscale restaurants he could scarcely afford to learn the secrets of sublime food and impeccable service.
His deep passion for Italian culture led him to travel to Italy frequently, where he immersed himself in the history and techniques of traditional Italian cooking.

We proudly source our beef from family-owned ranches, ensuring each cut meets the highest standards of quality and care. Our meats are ethically raised and carefully selected, with premium cuts imported directly from Nebraska and Italy, known for their rich flavor and consistent marbling.
To bring out the best in every steak, we cook using beef tallow — a traditional fat that enhances natural flavor and creates a beautifully caramelized crust. This old-world technique gives our steaks a deep, savory richness that sets them apart.
