Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Sgrizzi Ristorante & Bar by Chef Marc, we strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate all our guests as smoothly as possible. The following policy applies to all reservations made through our booking partner, OpenTable, and any related payments or cancellations.
1. Reservation Fee Policy
A $50 reservation fee is required when booking a table through OpenTable.
This $50 fee is non-refundable.
However, if you cancel your reservation in accordance with our policy (see below), the $50 will be credited toward a future reservation within 30 days.
2. Cancellation Guidelines
Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours in advance of your reservation time to receive a credit.
Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the reservation will not qualify for a credit.
To cancel your reservation and retain credit eligibility, please use the OpenTable app or call us directly at [insert phone number].
3. Applying Reservation Credit
Reservation credits can be used toward future dining experiences within 30 days of the original reservation.
To apply a credit, please call the restaurant at the time of rebooking so we can ensure it is applied properly.
Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or gift cards.
4. No-Shows and Late Arrivals
Tables will be held for 15 minutes past the reservation time. After that, the reservation may be forfeited.
No-shows are not eligible for reservation credit.
5. Special Events & Large Party Bookings
For special ticketed events or parties of 8 or more, additional deposit or cancellation terms may apply. These will be communicated at the time of booking.
